The Weekly Email Digest

The weekly digest brings your store’s numbers to you — a short email to the store owner every week, so you stay on top of things without logging in.

What it is

An optional, admin-only weekly summary, delivered by email with spreadsheet attachments. It goes to the store owner (or whoever you choose) — never to your customers.

Turn it on

Open Customer History → Settings and find the weekly reports section:

• Enable the weekly report and tick the sections you want included.
• Set who receives it — it defaults to your site’s admin email if you leave it blank.

From then on it’s sent automatically once a week.

What’s in it (free)

The free digest covers the essentials, as CSV attachments you can open in any spreadsheet:

• Orders for the week.
• Top customers.

Richer in Pro Pro

Pro adds three more sections to the same email — search keywords, most-viewed products, and most-viewed categories — so your weekly read includes what shoppers were looking for, not just what they bought.
