Customer Segments & CSV Export
A segment is a saved, filtered slice of your customers — the people who match the criteria you care about, ready to recall and export whenever you need them.
What a segment is
Build a view of your customer list with the available filters — role, country, total spend, order count, product purchased, plus name/email search — and save it as a named segment. Each segment shows a live member count, so you always know how many customers currently match.
Save your free segment
Open Customer History → Segments. On the free version you can save one custom segment — for example “repeat buyers in Germany” or “customers who bought a specific product.” Adjust the filters, save, and it’s there to reopen any time.
Export to CSV
Any segment — and your customer list — exports to CSV in one click, so you can open it in a spreadsheet or hand it to whatever tool you use next. What you do with the list is entirely up to you; Customer History only builds it.
Observation, not outreach
Segments are lists you build and export. The plugin never emails the customers in a segment or takes any action on them — it’s a reporting tool, not a campaign tool.
Ready-made segments Pro
Pro ships five pre-built segments out of the box — High Value At Risk, Loyal Champions, Needs Attention, Hibernating, and High Health Declining — built from its intelligence scores. On the free version these appear as locked previews, so you can see what they’d surface.
Unlimited in Pro Pro
Pro removes the one-segment limit (save as many as you like) and adds intelligence filters — RFM segment, health score, health trend, lifecycle stage, and behavior — so you can slice customers by the deeper signals, not just orders and geography.
