HPOS Compatibility

WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) moves orders into dedicated tables for speed. PureDevs Customer History is fully compatible with it.

Supported either way

Whether your store uses HPOS, the classic posts table, or runs both in sync, PureDevs reads orders correctly. You don’t need to change anything in the plugin to match your WooCommerce setting.

Switching storage

If you enable or migrate to HPOS in WooCommerce, Customer History keeps working — its profiles, RFM segments, and health scores are rebuilt from the same orders no matter where they’re stored.
