Free vs Pro

The free version is genuinely useful on its own. Pro is a switch you flip when you want the deeper intelligence — no reinstall, and no data migration.

What Free includes

Install the free plugin and you immediately get, all self-hosted:

  • Customer profiles built from your orders, with a financial summary and full order history.
  • A customer-first dashboard, and a customer list with filters and CSV export.
  • Store-wide search & view analytics, and a 90-day revenue snapshot.
  • One saved segment, and an admin-only weekly email digest.

The free limits

Free has three limits — that’s the honest difference from Pro:

  • Up to 100 customers in the list view.
  • The most recent 90 days of analytics.
  • One saved custom segment.

Everything is still recorded from day one, for every customer and session — Pro doesn’t migrate anything, it simply unlocks the full view.

What Pro unlocks

  • The customer health score and RFM segments, plus lifecycle stages, behavioral tags, and churn-risk prediction with an at-risk list and alerts.
  • Abandoned-cart tracking, full revenue analytics, a conversion funnel, and the Statistics & Sessions pages.
  • Per-customer session, search, and view history on every profile — beyond the 90-day window.
  • No limits: unlimited customers, full history, and unlimited saved segments (with five ready-made segments out of the box).

Pricing

Pro is a yearly license — priced per site, never a monthly SaaS bill and never priced per order. The first 50 customers lock in a reduced rate for life through the Founding 50 offer. If you don’t renew, your store keeps running and the data you’ve collected stays put; you simply stop receiving Pro updates and support.
