PureDevs Customer History is self-hosted by design. It reads the data already in your store and writes its analysis back to the same place: your WordPress database.

Nothing leaves your store

There are no external APIs and no third-party services. Because the data never leaves your server, you stay in control of it — and there’s no monthly SaaS pipeline to audit.

It observes, it doesn’t act

The plugin records orders, sessions, on-site searches, and product and category views. It is read-only and observational: it never emails customers, changes orders, or creates coupons. The weekly digest goes to you, the admin — never to a customer.

GDPR export and erase

It supports WordPress’s built-in privacy export and erase tools, so subject-access and erasure requests work exactly as they do for the rest of your site.
