Statistics & Sessions
Pro adds two deeper surfaces on top of the free dashboard: a full Statistics area for analysis, and a complete Sessions history that goes beyond the free 90-day window — plus the tools to manage that data.
The Statistics page
A set of tabs, each answering a specific question:
- Site Pages — sessions by page URL.
- Keywords — what shoppers search for.
- Viewed vs Purchased Ratio — interest converted to sales, per product.
- Top Selling Products — this month’s best performers.
- Product Revenue and the Revenue Patterns heatmap.
- Conversion Funnel and Frequently Bought Together.
- Category / Brand View and Total Spent breakdowns.
The Sessions page
A complete history of recorded sessions across your store — the searches, page views, and activity behind the aggregate numbers — without the free 90-day cutoff. It’s where you go to see the raw activity in detail.
Per-customer history
The same depth appears on individual customer profiles: each customer’s own sessions, searches, and most-viewed products, so you can follow one person’s path from browsing to buying.
Session data tools
Under Settings, Pro adds tools to manage the recorded data: export and import it as CSV, delete a chosen date range, or empty the tables entirely — useful for housekeeping, migrations, or honouring a data-retention policy.
Where to find it
Both Statistics and Sessions appear in the Customer History menu once Pro is active. On the free version, the single Search Analytics page covers the store-wide essentials.
