The Customer Health Score (0–100)
The customer health score distils everything PureDevs knows about a customer into one number between 0 and 100, so you can spot strong and slipping relationships at a glance.
What the score reflects
It’s a composite of the same signals behind RFM — how recently someone bought, how often they buy, and how much they spend — combined with on-site engagement. A high score means an engaged, valuable customer; a low score means the relationship is cooling.
Why the trend matters
Each score carries a trend, so a 70 that’s falling is treated very differently from a 70 that’s climbing. Watching the direction is the quickest way to catch a loyal customer going quiet.
Where to find it
The score appears on each customer profile and in the customer list, where you can sort and filter by it. It’s a read-out for you — the plugin never acts on it automatically.
