Requirements

PureDevs Customer History runs inside wp-admin alongside WooCommerce. As long as your store meets these minimums, you’re ready to go.

Minimum versions

• WordPress 6.0 or higher
• WooCommerce 7.0 or higher
• PHP 7.4 or higher

Themes and hosting

It’s an admin plugin, so it works regardless of your front-end theme. Nothing is added to your storefront and no external service is required — everything runs on your own hosting.

Order storage

Both the classic posts table and High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) are supported, so you can keep WooCommerce configured however you prefer.
