Zero-Setup Guide: Activate and Start Tracking
PureDevs Customer History is built to work the moment it’s active. There’s no setup wizard, no API keys, and nothing to connect to an outside service.
Install and activate
- In Plugins → Add New, search for PureDevs Customer History for WooCommerce — or upload the ZIP.
- Click Install, then Activate.
- Open Customer History from the wp-admin menu.
From activation onward, the plugin reads your existing WooCommerce orders and quietly records on-site behaviour. You don’t have to import anything.
What starts happening right away
- Existing orders become customer profiles, each with a financial summary and full order history.
- New sessions, on-site searches, and product and category views are recorded as they happen.
Optional settings
Everything works out of the box, but under Customer History → Settings you can adjust results-per-page and the weekly email digest. None of it is required to start.
