Churn Prediction
The most valuable customer to keep is one you haven’t lost yet. Churn prediction flags the customers who look like they’re about to stop buying — while there’s still time to do something about it.
The churn score & risk level
Each customer gets a 0–100 churn score and a risk level from low to critical. The score is built from how overdue their next purchase is against their own buying rhythm, so a customer who normally orders monthly is judged differently from one who orders twice a year.
What each customer shows
- Days overdue — how far past their expected next purchase they are.
- Predicted next purchase — when they’d normally be expected to buy.
- Primary churn indicator — the main reason they’re flagged.
The churn dashboard
A dedicated Churn Prediction page lists your at-risk customers, sorted so the most urgent rise to the top, with alerts that surface the customers who’ve crossed into higher risk. It’s the single place to answer “who should I pay attention to this week?”
Prediction & alerting only
Churn prediction tells you who is at risk and surfaces alerts for the store admin. It does not run retention campaigns, send discounts, or message customers — what you do with the list is entirely your call. This plugin observes and reports; it never acts on a customer.
How to use it
Use the at-risk list to prioritise your own outreach — a personal note, a phone call, whatever fits your store. Pair it with health scores and lifecycle stages to focus on the high-value customers worth the effort.
