How to Upgrade
Step 1: Access Upgrade Options
You can upgrade directly from your WordPress admin:
- Navigate to Customer History → Upgrade (if available)
- Or go to Plugins → Installed Plugins
- Find “Customer History for WooCommerce”
- Click the Upgrade to Premium link
Alternatively, visit the plugin’s WordPress.org page and look for premium upgrade information.
Step 2: Choose Your Plan
- Review available pricing plans
- Select the license type (Single, 5-Site, or Unlimited)
- Choose billing cycle (annual is typically best value)
- Click Buy Now or Purchase
Step 3: Complete Purchase

Managing Your License
Viewing License Status

Transferring License to Another Site
- On the OLD site: Go to License settings
- Click Deactivate License
- Confirm deactivation
- On the NEW site: Install the plugin
- Enter your license key and activate
Renewing Your License
Before expiration:
- You’ll receive renewal reminder emails
- Log into your Freemius account
- Navigate to your licenses
- Click Renew next to the expiring license
- Complete payment
After expiration:
- Premium features continue to work
- You won’t receive plugin updates
- Support access is suspended
- Renew anytime to restore updates and support
We recommend keeping your license active to receive security updates, bug fixes, and new feature releases. Outdated plugins can have compatibility issues with WordPress and WooCommerce updates.
Downgrading to Free Version
If you choose not to renew your premium license:

- Existing data is preserved (not deleted)
- You can export premium data before downgrading
To Downgrade Manually
- Go to Customer History → Settings → License
- Click Deactivate License
- Premium features will be disabled
- Free features remain fully functional
Data Retention After Downgrade
- Preserved: Customer data, sessions, orders, searches
- View-Only: Conversion funnel history, referral data
- Disabled: New conversion tracking, referral code generation
You can reactivate premium features anytime by renewing your license. All historical premium data will become accessible again.
