Bulk Coupon Generation

Create multiple coupons at once:

  1. Go to Customer History → Coupons
  2. Click Generate Bulk Coupons
  3. Set number of coupons to create
  4. Configure discount settings
  5. Choose distribution method

Coupon Rules

Discount Type

  • Percentage: 10%, 20%, 50% off
  • Fixed Amount: $5, $10, $25 off
  • Free Shipping: Waive shipping costs
  • BOGO: Buy one get one offers

Expiration & Limits

  • Expiration date/time
  • Usage limit per coupon
  • Usage limit per customer
  • Minimum purchase amount
  • Maximum discount amount

Product Restrictions

  • Specific products only
  • Specific categories
  • Exclude sale items
  • Include/exclude specific brands

Customer-Specific Coupons

Generate unique codes per customer:

  • Select customers from list
  • Click Generate Coupons
  • Each gets unique code
  • Automatically emailed to customers
  • Tracked in customer profile

Tier-Based Coupons

Automatic discounts by tier:

  • Platinum: 25% off all orders
  • Gold: 20% off
  • Silver: 15% off
  • Bronze: 10% off

Configure at Customer History → Settings → Tier Benefits

Birthday Coupons

Automated birthday offers:

  1. Enable birthday tracking
  2. Set birthday discount amount
  3. Configure send timing (7 days before, day of, etc.)
  4. Customize birthday email template
  5. System generates and sends automatically

Tracking Coupon Usage

Monitor performance:

  • Times each coupon was used
  • Revenue generated per coupon
  • Customers who redeemed
  • Conversion rate from email to use
  • ROI of coupon campaigns
