Building Workflows

  1. Go to Customer History → Workflows
  2. Click Create New Workflow
  3. Name your workflow
  4. Choose trigger event
  5. Set trigger conditions (if applicable)
  6. Add one or more actions
  7. Set action delays (optional)
  8. Save and activate
