Ranking Criteria

Sort and rank customers by different metrics:

By Lifetime Value (Default)

  • Total amount spent across all orders
  • Best for identifying highest revenue contributors
  • Useful for VIP program eligibility

By Order Frequency

  • Total number of orders placed
  • Identifies most loyal customers
  • Great for retention analysis

By Average Order Value

  • Mean purchase amount per order
  • Finds customers who make large purchases
  • Target for premium product promotions

Taking Action

Bulk Email Campaign

  1. Select customers from the list
  2. Click “Bulk Actions → Send Email”
  3. Choose a template or write custom message
  4. Send targeted communication to your best customers

Generate VIP Coupons

  1. Select top customers
  2. Click “Bulk Actions → Generate Coupons”
  3. Set discount amount/percentage
  4. Coupons are automatically created and can be emailed
