The Top Customers Report helps you identify and nurture your most valuable customers – those who generate the most revenue, order most frequently, or show the highest engagement with your store.
Ranking Criteria
Sort and rank customers by different metrics:
By Lifetime Value (Default)
- Total amount spent across all orders
- Best for identifying highest revenue contributors
- Useful for VIP program eligibility
By Order Frequency
- Total number of orders placed
- Identifies most loyal customers
- Great for retention analysis
By Average Order Value
- Mean purchase amount per order
- Finds customers who make large purchases
- Target for premium product promotions
Taking Action
Bulk Email Campaign
- Select customers from the list
- Click “Bulk Actions → Send Email”
- Choose a template or write custom message
- Send targeted communication to your best customers
Generate VIP Coupons
- Select top customers
- Click “Bulk Actions → Generate Coupons”
- Set discount amount/percentage
- Coupons are automatically created and can be emailed
