Enabling Weekly Reports
- Go to Customer History → Settings → Email Reports
- Enable “Weekly Summary Report”
- Configure settings:
- Report day (Monday, Tuesday, etc.)
- Send time (8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, etc.)
- Recipient email addresses (multiple allowed)
- Include/exclude specific sections
- Choose report format:
- HTML email (visual charts)
- PDF attachment
- Both
- Save settings
Customizing Reports
Choose what to include:
- Core Metrics: Always included
- Optional Sections:
- Referral statistics
- Email campaign performance
- Category analytics
- Brand performance
- Customer tier distribution
Toggle sections on/off in settings.
Multiple Recipients
Send reports to team members:
- Owner/CEO: Complete report
- Marketing team: Customer and product focus
- Sales team: Order and revenue focus
- Support team: Customer activity focus
Add multiple emails separated by commas.
Report Frequency Options
- Weekly: Every Monday (default)
- Bi-Weekly: Every other Monday
- Monthly: First Monday of month
- Daily: Every morning (Premium only)
Sample Report Preview
Preview before enabling:
- Go to report settings
- Click Send Test Report
- Enter your email
- Review format and content
- Adjust settings as needed
Report Archive
Access past reports:
- Go to Customer History → Reports → Archive
- View previous weekly reports
- Download PDF versions
- Compare week-over-week
- Export data for analysis

Troubleshooting
Not Receiving Reports
- Check spam/junk folder
- Verify email address is correct
