Enabling Weekly Reports

  1. Go to Customer History → Settings → Email Reports
  2. Enable “Weekly Summary Report”
  3. Configure settings:
    • Report day (Monday, Tuesday, etc.)
    • Send time (8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, etc.)
    • Recipient email addresses (multiple allowed)
    • Include/exclude specific sections
  4. Choose report format:
    • HTML email (visual charts)
    • PDF attachment
    • Both
  5. Save settings

Customizing Reports

Choose what to include:

  • Core Metrics: Always included
  • Optional Sections:
    • Referral statistics
    • Email campaign performance
    • Category analytics
    • Brand performance
    • Customer tier distribution

Toggle sections on/off in settings.

Multiple Recipients

Send reports to team members:

  • Owner/CEO: Complete report
  • Marketing team: Customer and product focus
  • Sales team: Order and revenue focus
  • Support team: Customer activity focus

Add multiple emails separated by commas.

Report Frequency Options

  • Weekly: Every Monday (default)
  • Bi-Weekly: Every other Monday
  • Monthly: First Monday of month
  • Daily: Every morning (Premium only)

Sample Report Preview

Preview before enabling:

  1. Go to report settings
  2. Click Send Test Report
  3. Enter your email
  4. Review format and content
  5. Adjust settings as needed

Report Archive

Access past reports:

  • Go to Customer History → Reports → Archive
  • View previous weekly reports
  • Download PDF versions
  • Compare week-over-week
  • Export data for analysis
