Accessing Customer Profiles

From Customer List

  1. Go to Customer History → Customers
  2. Click on any customer name

From Live Sessions

  1. Go to Customer History → Live Sessions
  2. Click on an active session
  3. Click “View Full Profile”

From WooCommerce Orders

  1. Open any order in WooCommerce
  2. Look for the “Customer History” metabox
  3. Click “View Profile”
