Accessing Customer Profiles
From Customer List
- Go to Customer History → Customers
- Click on any customer name
From Live Sessions
- Go to Customer History → Live Sessions
- Click on an active session
- Click “View Full Profile”
From WooCommerce Orders
- Open any order in WooCommerce
- Look for the “Customer History” metabox
- Click “View Profile”
Taking Action from Profiles
Send Personalized Emails
Click “Email Customer” to send messages based on:
