Viewing Brand Analytics

Access brand analytics at Customer History → Analytics → Brands.

The dashboard displays:

  • Most viewed brands
  • Brand performance charts
  • Conversion rates by brand
  • Revenue attribution

Metrics Tracked

View Metrics

  • Total Brand Views: How many times products from this brand were viewed
  • Unique Visitors: Number of individual customers who viewed the brand
  • Average Time on Brand Pages: Customer engagement with brand products
  • Views Trend: Growth or decline in brand interest over time

Conversion Metrics

  • View-to-Purchase Ratio: Percentage of brand views that resulted in purchases
  • Brand Conversion Rate: How effectively the brand converts browsers to buyers
  • Cart Abandonment Rate: Brand-specific cart abandonment

Revenue Metrics

  • Total Revenue: Revenue generated by the brand
  • Average Order Value: Mean purchase amount for brand products
  • Revenue Share: Percentage of total store revenue from this brand

Loyalty Metrics

  • Repeat Purchase Rate: Customers who buy the brand multiple times
  • Brand Advocates: Customers with 3+ purchases from the brand
